Hit and run case: Court to give order on Mar 3 on Salman Khan's driving licence

Mumbai, Feb 27: A sessions court today reserved its order till March 3 on a plea of the prosecution in the 2002 hit-and-run case seeking a direction to actor Salman Khan to produce his driving licence to prove the charge that he was driving car at the time of mishap without valid papers.
After hearing arguments on the application, Judge D W Deshpande said he would give his order on March 3. Special Public Prosecutor Pradeep Gharat argued that Khan did not possess a license when his car ran over people sleeping on the pavement in suburban Bandra on September 28, 2002, killing one person and injuring four.

Order in Salman's case on Mar 3
He (Khan) obtained a driving licence only in 2004, as per the record available with Regional Transport Office, said the prosecution. The actor has denied that he was driving the car at the time.He has also disputed the RTO record. His lawyer, Srikant Shivade, opposed the prosecution's application today, saying it was not maintainable. Khan's lawyer opposed the prosecution's application saying it violated the fundamental right against exploitation enshrined in the Constitution as it had asked the accused to produce documents incriminating him.
He argued that the prosecution should prove its case that Khan was not holding driving licence without asking him to produce it. Earlier, a Regional Transport Officer had deposed in the court saying that Khan did not possess a driving licence when his car met with an accident in 2002.
He also produced office records to show that Khan had obtained licence only in 2004, two years after the mishap. In a related development, prosecution argued on its application seeking to bring on record statements given to a Magistrate by two crucial witnesses.
One was Ravindra Patil, police bodyguard of Khan at the relevant time and Dr Sanap who had conducted post mortem of a victim killed in the mishap.
While Patil died during the course of trial, Dr Sanap has settled down in USA. Both are not available to prosecution at this stage and hence their statements should be taken on record, said prosecutor Gharat.
Khan's lawyer admitted the death certificate of Patil but disputed its contents which said he had passed away due to Tuberculosis. Earlier, the trial was conducted by a Magistrate but when the aggravated charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder was added, the case was transferred to sessions court and a fresh trial is being held.

An ode to the woman of today

An ode to the woman of today

She's beautiful, she's confident and she's talented. Her stunning gems speak volumes about her passion for jewellery designing. Farah Khan talks to us about her collection, her style mantra and more.

My collection is a mix of bridal and wearable jewellery I'm bringing my new collection of colour-based jewels to the city — gems, rubies, sapphires. Basically, a lot of coloured gems, which is what I'm known for. I'm displaying bridal necklaces, diamond necklaces and smaller neckpieces that can be worn on an everyday basis. It's a mix of jewellery — bold, unique eye-catching and inspired by nature. Most of my products have floral or nature-based motifs.

Love the colours in Hyderabad I love how people like wearing colours here, be it in clothes or jewellery. Of course, Hyderabad has a rich history of jewellery from Nizam's era. Apart from this, I love the food here! The haleem, especially, though I also admit, the biryani here is to die for. But more than anything, I love the mehmaan nawaazi. I'm glad to be here.
A woman is a miracle herself I'm passionate about women working and making a mark for themselves. As women, we multi-task effortlessly — managing husband, kids, family — and ourselves. Can you imagine how much hard work goes into that? (laughs) And so, she needs to be appreciated and loved. This reflects in my jewellery. All my pieces are an ode to women. When I design, I always keep in mind the wearability, how it looks and the comfort factor. Our in-house team works hard to ensure that we create something fluid, spectacular and memorable pieces. Jewellery is not just a pretty piece in a collection — a lot of hard work goes into it.

You need to look after yourself I believe that if you want to feel good, you need to start taking care of yourself. Only then can you look after someone else. I work out every day. I do weight training three times a week and the other days, pilates. There are a 100 people who work with me and I need to support their livelihood. For which, I need to take care of myself. I can't afford to fall ill or be disinterested.

Before you step out, look at yourself one last time More often than not, I notice that people overdress when they have to head out. So just before you leave the house, look at yourself one last time in the mirror and remove one piece — be it a belt, an earring or lipstick. Remember, less is more. And don't let the jewellery wear you — you wear the jewellery.

Censor Board Chief Pahlaj Nihalani's cuss-word list put on hold,Kalki Koechlin: I've always talked about what I believe in

Kalki Koechlin: I've always talked about what I believe in

Kalki Koechlin: I've always talked about what I believe in
It was Kalki Koechlin's first time on stage in Lucknow last Thursday and she was thoroughly impressed with the audience. "It's true, as they say - the nawabi andaaz, you know. It showed in how patiently the audience sat and watched the play . And I tell you, it's not a very easy play to follow," said Kalki.

FINDING HER OWN VOICE
Known to voice her opinion and her concern for women, Kalki says it's because she feels very strongly about such things. "I guess it's part of my expression as an artiste, as a person. I became an actor because I find it interesting to understand people and to express better what it feels like and to go through different emotions. So, an extension of that, is to express my own opinions and my own points of views and my own beliefs. And I think that naturally comes out in an artist. I've always talked about what I believe in. Not everyone has always paid attention before but now they are paying attention, which is a good thing," she says with a laugh.

Kalki has also supported her Bollywood counterparts who participated in the AIB Roast. "Just a bunch of comedians who I've watched for last two years in Mumbai doing very similar stuff and nobody has ever complained. It's only because they did a grand show with Bollywood actors and also made money out of it, that now people are starting to give them trouble. I feel freedom of speech is extremely important for civilised society and what makes a society civilised is our differences, and our tolerance of those differences, and living together peacefully despite having differences. See, it's very important that even if you might not like it and you might not choose to watch it, but something like this should be allowed to exist. You don't like it, don't watch it."

Remind her that they also made fun of Anurag Kashyap, and Kalki smiles and brushes it off by saying, "I think people have always criticised Anurag's work but he's like a bull and he keeps going at it. And he doesn't shy from any subjects. So you know, he's great! In fact, he thoroughly enjoyed the show."

NOTHING NEW TO TALK ABOUT

Not willing to say anything related to her personal life, Kalki makes it very clear why . "When there is something to say, I will say it. What I don't like is repeating the same thing and dragging the same thing on and on. People know me and Anurag are divorced. I mean, we're not actually divorced, but we're not together for the last one year. So, let's move on. If I have something new to tell, I will tell na!" she reiterates.

LOOKS NO CONSTRAINT ANY LONGER

In one of her earlier interviews, Kalki had said that she felt her looks are a constraint for her to be cast as a typical Bollywood heroine. But after films like Shanghai, Shaitaan, Ek Thi Daayan and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, does she still feel the same?

"Yes, I think everybody has their constraint according to how they look, where they come from, the way they talk, everything. So, you have to work within those boundaries, to a realistic level. But luckily , there's been enough work going around, even for me," she laughs.

Kalki has several interesting projects in hand. "I'm doing a film called Love Affair , which is Soni Razdan's film. She's directing it. It's a fiery, woman oriented kind of production, the kind that I love, after Dibakar Bannerjee's films, of course. He's my favourite," she smiles, adding, "Then I have a film called Mantra, which is by a new director."

WRITING FOR THE SOUL

A prolific writer, Kalki says she is always penning something or the other. She was one of the co-writers of the play Colourblind, that she acted in in Lucknow. "I keep writing here and there. I keep performing monologues. I will soon be performing this new stuff that I have written, then I've also written a new play." But she says she has no plans of writing a Bollywood movie yet. "For now, my writing will be confined to theatre because cinema is not a medium which I know very well in terms of visuals - how the camera will be placed, where will the lighting be. I'm not technically sound as far as filmmaking is concerned or as in my case, film writing goes. I might be good at writing dialogues, conversa tions, but a whole script, I don't know. Not in the coming days."

HINDI HAIN HUM

Mention about her having brushed up her Hindi and she smiles and says "Pata nahi. Kaafi sudhar gayi hai. The need of the hour. Dekhte hain, abhi aur bhi kaam ho sakta hai, in fact hamesha ho sakta hai."

The controversial 'objectionable' and 'abusive' words list directed by Censor Board Pahlaj Nihalani' has been reportedly put on hold. The new censor board which held a meeting decided to hold the ban on the 28-word list.
On February 13, 2015, a letter by Pahlaj Nihalani directed its regional officers not to issue certificates to films which use these words, which are abuses in Hindi and English, and it has also been specified that double meaning words, violence against women and glorification of bloodshed should not be allowed. Queried about it, Nihlani had said that it was issued only to bring clarity, especially to filmmakers so that last minute cuts are avoided.
The communication, which was also marked to producers' association, came close on the controversy of Censor Board member Ashoke Pandit slamming the use of language by film personalities during a stand-up comedy show that became viral online.
Earlier, the Censor Board members had opposed the ban on 'abusive' words list and said that they were not involved in the decision making.

Shakti Kapoor is fine, actor rubbishes his death rumours

New Delhi: Shakti Kapoor whose death rumours took social media by storm on Saturday is deeply disturbed by the hoax. The actor’s news of dying in a car accident surfaced online like a fire which has left him in a state of shock.
The actor today while expressing his unhappiness in a statement issued told, “It’s been very sad that somebody puts it on Whats App about accident and my death which not only disturbs me but more to my relatives, friends and fans as well. With God’s blessings I am fine. This news is a total fake but has disturbed me and lots of people.”
Two days before, Shakti Kapoor’s other fake news went viral. It was rumoured that the ‘Andaaz Apna Apna’ villain was robbed off his Rs 5 lakh earrings in Kanpur where he went for shooting a flick.
Rubbishing the reports as false the actor said that he fled to Kanpur to attend a wedding where a large crowd gathered around him his ear got cut my mistake.
Meanwhile, other Bollywood celebrities including Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dixit, Dilip Kumar, Lata Mangeshkar, Katrina Kaif and Ayushmann Khurrana have faced such death hoax in the past.

Badlapur Review: Nawaz Outshines Varun In This Revenge saga

A noir psychological thriller, Sriram Raghavan explores the connected motivations of revenge and redemption in Badlapur. When two bank robbers kill his wife and child, Raghu’s (Varun Dhawan) world is turned upside down. Shattered and possessed by grief, he cannot see beyond vengeance. While one bank robber, Liaq (Nawazuddin Siddiqui) is jailed for 20 years for the crime; his partner, Harman (Vinay Pathak) roams scot-free. Raghu bides his time. But time is cruel: rather than heal his wounds, it infects them.
Raghu moves to a dead-end place called Badlapur where he works a mechanical job as a factory foreman and leads a pared down lonely life, mourning daily for the loss of his young family. As time passes, Dhawan begins to look more under slept, as if bearing the weight of the world on his shoulders. In the meanwhile, Liaq has aged and his wild ways catch up with him during his incarceration. Siddiqui plays the part with measures of mischief and evil. When he gets out, Liaq dreams of taking his half of the stolen money and escaping to Bangkok with his love, a commercial sex worker played by Huma Qureshi.
Raghu, in the meanwhile, besides nurturing a simmering violence, has also, inexplicably, become a misogynist, displaying blatant disrespect for all the women he encounters. Among them are characters like a social worker played by Divya Dutta and Harman’s wife, Kanchan, played by Radhika Apte. Till mid-way the film is gripping, with a fine screenplay based on one of Italian crime writer Massimo Carlotto’s novels. The camerawork and music enhance the mood that peaks at interval point but then flattens out later and ends tamely.
Sadly one never feels Raghu’s torture or his angst, this might be in part due to Dhawan’s lack of maturity to pull off this complex part though there are scenes where the internalization of his grief does rise to his eyes, if only his diction were better. But it’s a Siddiqui show all right and he appears to be relishing the role. The supporting cast includes Yami Gautam, Qureshi, Dutta, Apte, Pathak etc and each one does a fine job. Worth a watch but with managed expectations.
Rating: ***

Saif defends mother Sharmila Tagore against Censor Board chief's allegations

Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor arrive at the birthday party of actor Randhir Kapoor in Mumbai on Feb 15, 2015.

Already under fire for a list of words to be banned from films that was recently issued by the Central Board of Film Certification, the board’s new chief, Pahlaj Nihalani, is in the news again. In a recent interview to a TV channel, he targeted one of the former chairpersons, Sharmila Tagore, under whose leadership, several films that had expletives in their dialogues were passed. He cited the example of Omkara (2006), hinting that it was cleared because it starred her son, Saif Ali Khan.

“Omkara was her son Saif Ali Khan’s film. The board cleared it after being pressurised by her, which set the trend and release of films like Gangs of Wasseypur happened,” Nihalani was quoted as saying.

Now, Saif has come out in support of his mother. “She is a liberal, extremely intelligent and experienced chairperson. We should always have a censor chief like her, but too often, we will have someone less passionate about cinema and more political-minded,” says the actor, adding, “Having said that, I love Pahlaj ji. He is liberal, and is a great lover of cinema too. He’s entitled to his opinion. But, I cannot imagine my mother bending rules for her children; she is too fair.”

Shah Rukh Khan on TV serials: I am too urban for it

New Delhi: After hosting shows like KBC, Panchvi Paas Se Tez Kaun, Shah Rukh Khan has spilled the beans on why he doesn't like Indian TV serials. The superstar who loves to watch Breaking Bad' with son Aryan is a fan of Western sitcoms but doesn't like Indian TV shows.
As quoted by DNA, Shah Rukh Khan said, "I can't understand Indian TV and I 'll be honest about it. I am sorry Zee TV, &TV, Sony TV, Star or Colors, but I don't understand television stuff here at all. I am too urban for it. Maybe I am too uneducated or unemotional. I sell all that myself in my films but I don't understand that on TV. I don't know who 'devranis' and 'jethanis' are. I come from a different kind of family, so I don't understand all that."
But he has also been fond of some really good TV serials that have been part of television industry's intial days. While appreaciating serials like Hum Log', 'Fauji', 'Buniyaad', 'Yeh Jo Hai Zindagi', 'Wagle Ki Duniya', 'Nukkad', 'Hum Paanch' and 'Indradhanush', he says, "They had more essence and were funny, entertaining yet edgy and different. It's not a comment on what people are making today because at the end of it, it's a business and people want to make sure it works."
Shah Rukh is all set to appear on &TV hosting as a host of India Poochega - Sabse Shaana Kaun.

"We are very happy to announce that Raj & Simran will continue to draw audiences and reinforce the timeless romance the movie has embodied over the last two decades," Yash Raj Films confirmed in a statement.
"The sudden announcement of 'DDLJ' being pulled out from Maratha Mandir at the end of 1009 unprecedented weeks, resulted in a spontaneous and an overwhelming outcry from the cinema going audience, as well as dedicated fans of the movie. Mumbai: Actress-social activist Shabana Azmi, who has slammed the Central Board of Film Certification's decision to refrain from profanity in films, has appealed to give up the British system of censorship and adopt the American one, whereby the filmmakers are liberal about their own films and censorship.
CBFC chairperson Pankaj Nihalani has issued a controversial diktat blacklisting 'offensive' words from Indian films. The decision has left many Bollywood celebrities in shock and disagreement and Shabana is one of them.
She feels "Censor Board's business is to certify and not censor according to appropriate ages".
"I think it is very important that we discard the British system, which means you appoint a chief and then you have 30 different people who willingly are chosen according to the political dispensation of the day which means every five years you expect the morality of your country to change," Shabana said here Thursday at the screening of the film "Qissa".
"Instead we should adopt the American system, whereby the filmmakers themselves yield and decide that they don't want a single cut but they realise that age appropriate behaviour is important. If they have a universal exhibition then they voluntarily give cuts," she added.

Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt launches debut novel at World Book Fair

Acclaimed Bollywood filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt says his debut novel 'All That Could Have Been', which is based on the screenplay of his forthcoming film 'Hamaari Adhuri Kahaani', is about the new-age woman.

Set in present-day Mumbai, Bastar and Dubai, the book is a story about a woman named Vasudha and it chronicles her relationships.

"Vasudha stays married by choice, chooses to be a prisoner to those traditional values. Yet, during the course of the narrative she discovers a new side to her. Once she comes out, she erupts and cannot be kept on a leash," Bhatt said during the launch of the book at the World Book Fair here today.

'All That Could Have Been' has been written by Bhatt and Suhrita Sengupta, a young writer, who had helped in the novelisation of the script of 'Hamaari Adhuri Kahaani', which stars Vidya Balan and Emraan Hashmi in lead roles.

"I met Bhatt saab when he came to Kolkata during Durga Puja. We kept in touch via email. I was working on a short novel about a woman who gets married to a zamindaar in Kolkata. So, when the narrative of 'Hamaari' came I related to Vasudha and to the character that I was building. And that is how the novel also took birth," Sengupta said.

Salman is very humble on sets: Swara,Know why Arjun had locked up Ranbir in a room!,Shah Rukh Khan parts way with music director duo Vishal-Shekhar

Shah Rukh Khan parts way with music director duo Vishal-Shekhar

Mumbai: Music director duo Vishal-Shekhar who have scored music for several of Shah Rukh Khan’s films, the recent ones being ‘Happy New Year’, ‘Chennai Express’ and ‘Ra.One’.
According to reports, Pritam has been roped in to score the music for Shah Rukh’s upcoming film with Rohit Shetty. A source quoted in Mid-day said, "An announcement will be made only when the film rolls next month, but Pritam is definitely scoring the music. Things had gone sour between Vishal-Shekhar and Shah Rukh in the past over certain incidents, which may have led the makers to collaborate with Pritam."

Last year, Vishal-Shekhar were missing from SRK's ‘Slam! - The Tour’ in Canada and USA to promote ‘Happy New Year’. Instead Yo Yo Honey Singh who was not associated for the film traveled with the team.
Reportedly, Vishal-Shekhar were upset when Honey Singh was roped in to singh the Lungi dance number for 'Chennai Express'. Vishal had posted a series of tweets against the rapper. Hence due to several incidents that happened in the past, it is believed that the makers of the film made a conscious decision to go with Pritam this time.

Know why Arjun had locked up Ranbir in a room!

Did you know that Arjun Rampal had locked up Ranbir Kapoor in a room during the shoot of ‘Rajneeti’?
As you all know that the actors had played brothers in that film, Arjun was uncomfortable with the scenes as he didn't know much about Ranbir and that was the first time they were working together. Arjun Rampal was hesitant while shooting in Bhopal as they had to completely come out of their comfort zone and work with big names like Ajay Devgn, Nana Patekar and Manoj Bajpayee.
During a recent interaction with Asian Age, Arjun Rampal recalled his first time working experience with Ranbir and revealed that he had locked up himself along with Ranbir Kapoor and told him, “We’re playing brothers and we barely know each other. So, let’s tell each other our secrets and promise to never let those secrets leave this room.” And hence when they left the room together, it was different experience for both of them and we saw what a great bond they shared in the film.
Arjun also revealed another interesting fact to the daily. He said, “Ranbir, Katrina and I used to call ourselves ‘Bhopals’ throughout the shoot schedule there and even though he and I don’t stay in touch regularly, we love each other at a whole other level. That’s the special relationship I share with him.”
We just wonder what secrets they shared in the room.

Salman is very humble on sets: Swara

Salman is very humble on sets. It was wonderful to work with him,” says Bollywood actress Swara Bhaskar. Swara Bhaskar, who is known for her outstanding performance as Bindiya in Raanjhanaa and horrifying character in Macchli Jal Ki Rani Hai was in Bhopal on Wednesday to attend a private function. In a candid talk with The Pioneer, she shared her various experiences in Bollywood till now, her visit to Bhopal and few future projects in the pipeline.
As she shared her experience working in a horror movie after doing a role in a romantic one, she said, “Personally, I am scared to watch horror movies, but couldn’t say no to this project.” Elaborating further, she said, “The reason I said yes to this movie as it was a challenge for me to do a role in a horror movie and I wanted to experience the essence of this weird thing,” she added. “I ate a raw fish as well in this movie. To ease me up, even Debaloy Dey too ate the raw fish,” she added smilingly.
As she talked about her latest venture with Sooraj Barjatiya’s next ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, she said, “I am extremely excited about the movie. Working with Salman has been a great experience. He is very easy going and extremely humble to everyone on sets. Not just this, he is a prankster as well, he brings positivity along with him. I am really looking forward to the release of the movie.” Talking about her role, she said, “In the movie, I am playing Salman’s sister.”
About another upcoming movie ‘Neel Batte Sannate’, Swara says, “I always choose my roles according to the script and concept of the movie. The role in Neel Batte Sannate is also very different and unusual from other movies. As I believe that to give a brilliant performance, the concept of the movie should be very strong.” Elaborating more about this movie, “She said, “I have worked really hard for this movie.” “I feel lucky that I have worked on a biopic movie as Priyanka did Mary Kom and I really hope that the audience will love my performance in this movie too,” she added.
As she talked much about the performances, she said that the live performances are much different from what is being shot for the movies. “Theatre and movies are two different things and so both are interesting at their respective places. Dono karne me bahot maza aata hai. Working in Tanu Weds Manu and Raanjhna felt like I was doing theater,” she added. She signed off saying, “Bhopal is really a calm city. Its scenic beauty would capture anyone’s heart and I really love visiting the city.”

Jassi Gill is my tutor: Gauahar Khan

Mumbai: Actress Gauahar Khan, who has signed a Punjabi movie featuring singer-actor Jassi Gill, says the latter is helping her learn some chaste Punjabi.

Seen in movies like "Rocket Singh: Salesman Of The Year" and "Ishaqzaade", Gauahar is excited about her first Punjabi movie which is a romantic comedy.

Talking about how she's been preparing for her role, she said: "Jassi is my tutor and has been teaching me certain chaste Punjabi words. Having had Punjabi friends, I am familiar with the language, but I have to work on the fluency.

"In fact, we shot a song recently and everyone in the unit was shocked that I could lip sync so well."

Kamal Haasan is like a magician; you want to see his every act, every film: Pooja Kumar

Chennai: Multi-talented actress Pooja Kumar, who will soon be seen in Kamal Haasan-starrer "Uttama Villain" and "Vishwaroopam 2", says she'd like to bring experiences of her life into acting.
"I have a degree in finance and politics. I've produced short films and I'm a trained dancer too. I enjoy taking out time to do these things and people like Nandita Das and Shabana Azmi inspire me. They're actors who are also actively involved in social causes, among other things.

"I don't want to be greedy about doing 100 films. I want to experience life and bring all that into my acting," Pooja told

She happens to be one of the few actresses to have worked with Kamal Haasan in three back-to-back films.

She made her acting debut over a decade ago in Tamil drama "Kadhal Rojavae", but she couldn't continue acting because of personal commitments.
"I was very young when I worked in my first film. I was born into a family of doctors and engineers, and my folks were very particular that I complete my education. So, I went abroad and finished my education and spent the rest of the time in acting, learning dance, and finally, when an opportunity presented itself I grabbed it," said Pooja, who was last seen in Tamil spy-thriller "Vishwaroopam" (2013).
She happens to be one of the few actresses to have worked with Kamal in three back-to-back films.
"I'm deeply honoured to have made it to this exclusive club of legends such as Sridevi, Jayaprada and Gauthami who've shared screen space with Kamal more than once. And all this wouldn't have happened without luck," she said, adding she'd love to work with the legendary actor again.
Recalling her experience of meeting Kamal for the first time, she said: "He's so humble and welcoming to everybody. I could see in his eyes the excitement about what he does in cinema and that sort of inspired me to strive for excellence".
Before Pooja became Kamal's heroine, she was his hardcore fan. She admits the transition from his fan to heroine wasn't easy.
"It was challenging in a different regard. I'm just a newcomer and to perform alongside a legend that has spent over five decades in cinema was quite nerve-wracking. The bigger challenge was to actually develop a relationship and act alongside with him especially when it comes to bringing out the chemistry between us," she said.
"When I saw what he was doing, I felt motivated to prove my work. The fan in me automatically was replaced by the character I had essayed. Also, I was not just seeing the actor Kamal Haasan to get swayed as a fan. I was also seeing him as director, producer and so many other roles he takes up on sets," she added.
Pooja says her roles in "Vishwaroopam 2" and "Uttama Villain" are very "different" and "challenging".
"In 'Vishwaroopam 2', I've done my own stunts - there's one scene where Kamal and I defuse bombs and engage in a gun battle - all underwater. I don't think any Indian actress has done her own underwater stunts. I've kind of become a pioneer in that and that's something different I bring to the table," she said.
"In 'Uttama Villain', I play a character from a different era. I play a non-Tamil-speaking modern-day actress, who speaks chaste Tamil. The role also gave me an opportunity to do three different dance set-pieces - a commercial number, another one set in an earlier period and then, dance choreography as part of a stage play.
"It was challenging to do all these in a single film. I'm a trained dancer, and when I couldn't get an opportunity to showcase my talent in 'Vishwaroopam', I was upset. But my role in 'Uttama Villain' had a lot of dancing to do," said Pooja, who considers Kamal to be a magician.
One quality that really impresses her about Kamal is his ability to "find a balance between all that he does".
"He's like a magician and you want to see every act he has for us. You really can't pick a best one. I think what he has given to cinema and the industry as an individual is much more than what he's achieved in any particular role," she added.
